Octavio De Sousa is a founding partner of the firm’s Frankfurt office and a member of the Global Corporate Group. He has substantial knowledge and extensive experience in advising on national and cross-border transactions, in particular on mergers & acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, and finance transactions as well as in advising on general corporate matters. His clients include national and international companies as well as private equity investors.
