Marc Fredj Bio

Marc Fredj is a French and U.S. (New York) qualified lawyer and has both French and British citizenships. Marc has extensive experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions with a particular focus on cross-border private equity transactions and specific expertise in the renewable energy sector. His private equity practice focuses on the mid-market buy-out segment, but he has also worked on growth and early stage transactions. He has handled a significant number of acquisitions, whether on the seller's or on the purchaser's side, in exclusivity or in auction situations. He has the experience of both large and smaller transactions, has carried out and coordinated transactions involving up to 12 jurisdictions, and has dealt with complex price, risk allocation, indemnification and governance issues in the context of acquisitions.
