Kristin Wells Bio

Kristin Wells represents public and private companies in a wide range of corporate matters, concentrating in domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries. She is a partner in Reed Smith's Global Corporate Group and is the former co-leader of the US Corporate Securities Practice Group. Kristin has extensive cross border M&A experience counseling clients and leading large, multi-jurisdictional deal teams on our client's most significant undertakings. She manages the firm's global relationship with various multi-national organizations, and has developed a strong reputation as trusted counsel to these companies. Kristin leads Reed Smith’s sports team practice and has unique M&A experience in the acquisition and disposition of major and minor league sports franchises. Kristin has been recognized by Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business as a Band 1 Corporate/ M&A lawyer.
