Jaime Cubillos Bio

Jaime Cubillos is a partner at Posse Herrera Ruiz, his practice focuses on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions. He has advised sellers and buyers on transnational acquisitions and dispositions as well as international joint ventures. Prior to joining Posse Herrera Ruiz, he worked for over five years in the NY office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP. During his time at Skadden, Jaime was very active in international mergers and acquisitions in Latin America, including several award-winning transactions in the region. Underwriters and banks such as issuers, debt relations and syndicated loans and other types of bank financing have also been advised. Jaime is admitted to practice in Colombia and in the State of New York.
