Megan Mossip Bio

Megan Mossip is a partner in the Business Law Group. She offers a wide variety of services and advice to her business clients, including mergers and acquisitions, lending, secured transactions, corporate reorganizations and general corporate governance advice. She also provides ongoing strategic commercial advice to a number of clients. Megan graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts in 2006 and from the University of Windsor with a Juris Doctor in 2010. She was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2011. Prior to joining Owens Wright LLP, Megan articled and practised business law at a leading restructuring and insolvency law firm in Toronto.
