Simon Felton acts for an institutional client base with particular expertise in fund finance, structured finance, banking and downstream private equity work. Simon also has extensive experience in restructuring and security enforcement, including restructuring of structured products, high yield bonds, receivables trustees, corporate real estate structures and financial institutions.
