Paul Chanter Bio

Paul Chanter is a partner in the banking and finance team of Ogier's Guernsey office. He regularly advises a wide range of financial institutions, alternative lenders and corporates on banking, derivatives, corporate, and finance transactions, predominantly of a multi-jurisdictional nature. He also regularly advises on leveraged finance transactions and listings on the International Stock Exchange. Paul is also part of Ogier's multi-disciplinary Restructuring & Corporate Recovery team, and Private Equity team. He is ranked as a rising star for Guernsey Banking and Finance by the Legal 500 2020 and the ILFR 1000 2020.
