John Hogan Bio

John Hogan is the Practice Partner of Ogier's Ireland office, Ogier Leman, and head of their Property Law team. He advises on all aspects of commercial property, including sales, leases, financing, acquisition and tax based restructuring, acting for some of the largest domestic and international property companies in Ireland. John regularly works on development financing and construction projects, including all aspects of development structuring.
