James Fox Bio

James Fox is a partner in the corporate team based in Ogier's Jersey office. With more than 20 years' experience, he has acted for clients in a large number of M&A and IPO transactions and has extensive experience in real estate investment structuring, fund formation and finance work. James has an in-depth knowledge of the legal and regulatory regime in Jersey and has a broad corporate practice. James has also acted in relation to banking and finance matters in addition to fund formations.
