With a dominant position in the renewable and clean energy space, Junaid has represented tax-equity investors and other clients in a significant portion of all clean and renewable energy deals done in the United States in the past fifteen years. In addition, he has handled numerous highly structured and complex financings, as well as M&A transactions, including through leveraged leases, partnerships, and other structures.
