Elliot Franklin Bio

Elliot Franklin practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance transactions, venture capital, strategic investments and general corporate matters. Elliot also has experience representing clients in a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including securities offerings and entity formation and structure. Prior to joining MMM, he practiced at Ballard Spahr LLP and Alston & Bird LLP.
