Joseph Ronca Bio

Joseph Ronca concentrates his practice on mergers and acquisitions and debt financing transactions. He has experience representing public and private companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions in a range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, leveraged finance, and other commercial lending transactions. He also handles a wide variety of general corporate matters. Before joining the firm, Joe practiced as an associate in the New York office of an international law firm. He served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Richard C. Wesley, US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. During law school, he was a notes editor on the Cornell Law Review.
