John Pomerance Bio

As Chair Emeritus of the Private Equity Practice, John Pomerance concentrates his practice on buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, financings, representation of growth companies, and attendant corporate and securities law. His clients include private equity and growth funds, start-ups, emerging-growth companies, and established major multinationals in the technology, communications, biotechnology, and health care sectors. John regularly represents companies and investors in venture and growth equity financing transactions, as well as investors and companies executing roll-up strategies in multiple verticals. Additionally, John represents foreign companies doing business in the United States and US companies in business transactions in foreign countries.
