Jan Mikulas Bio

Jan Mikuláš is a lawyer specializing in corporate and commercial law and in medical law. Jan gained his experience during his eight-year cooperation with the leading international law firm Wolf Theiss, where he dealt mainly with German and Austrian clients. Jan regularly publishes articles focussing on commercial law, real estate law and medical law in Czech, Austrian and German specialized journals. Jan graduated from Charles University Law School in Prague and studied at Universität Regensburg in Germany. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Commercial Law Department (Charles University Law School in Prague). From 2008 to 2011 he has been a member of the Commercial Law Department (Charles University Law School in Prague).
