Mark Neighbor practises business law with a focus on capital markets and securities matters. His exceptional expertise encompasses going public transactions, equity and debt financing, and public mergers and acquisitions. Representing clients in Canada and abroad, Mark has developed deep industry knowledge in the mining, technology, and cannabis sectors. Mark assists clients with listings on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Securities Exchange through qualifying transactions, reverse takeovers and initial public offerings.
