Nikolaj Juhl Hansen Bio

Nikolaj Juhl Hansen is the managing partner of Magnusson in Denmark. He also heads the Magnusson’s China Group and is part of Magnusson International’s cross-border M&A team. Nikolaj has previously worked in the UK law firms Eversheds and Travers Smith and has immense experience with handling cross-border transactions and projects. Nikolaj is very experienced in handling Chinese investment in the Nordic-Baltic region and advising European businesses on projects in China. Nikolaj focuses on M&A, general commercial and employment issues, with a specific focus on the technology and advanced industrial sectors. He has over the past 20 years advised on more than 150 corporate transactions, most of which are of a cross-border nature. Nikolaj has project managed corporate transactions in most parts of the world. Nikolaj advises on a range of transaction in the cross-road between corporate, commercial and employment law aspects, for start-ups, venture and PE funds and corporates alike, which has earned him Legal 500 rankings within these categories.
