Salvatore Cali Bio

Salvatore Cali operates in the Private Equity and Corporate/M&A department, advising Italian and foreign companies in corporate transactions (also cross-border transactions), including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures, as well as private equity funds in their investments into Italian start-up companies. He also has experience in distribution and agency agreements and commercial contracts, including competitive tender arrangements. Before joining our Office, he practiced as associates at Gianni & Origoni for six years. He graduated in Law cum laude from the University of Turin in 2015 with a thesis in Commercial Law about effects and consequences of joint stock companies’ termination. He is admitted to practice law in Italy since September 2018 and is a member of the Turin Bar Association
