Peter Horner Bio

With over 25 years' experience advising on commercial property transactions, Peter’s expertise lies in freehold acquisitions, disposals and property development including options, conditional contracts, overage agreements and similar arrangements. He also specialises in Academy conversions. In addition to his caseload in these areas, Peter is also a Notary Public, allowing him to deal with the authentication and legalisation of legal and trading documents for use in other jurisdictions. Peter qualified as a solicitor in 1986.
