Joakim Jansson Bio

Joakim Jansson heads our Real Estate practice. He advises Finnish and international clients in all kinds of real estate transactions. Joakim also advises clients on private M&A transactions, advising both buyers and sellers in Finnish or cross-border transactions. Having worked as a consultant with Bain & Company, he also has a thorough understanding of business and commercial aspects of transactions. In addition to his law degree, Joakim holds an MBA from INSEAD.
