Mario Marti Bio

Mario Marti is managing partner of Kellerhals Carrard in Bern. Mario Marti has broad experience in general commercial matters. He advises clients on commercial and contract law, labour law, corporate law and national and international construction law (incl. FIDIC). His focus is on the construction and consulting industries as well as on non-profit organisations which he advises on corporate governance matters. Through his mandate as the director of a leading engineering association Mario Marti maintains close contacts with opinion leaders in the construction and consulting industries. His clients especially value his dedication, analytical skills and efficiency. He has a brilliant academic background with honors from the Universities of Berne (doctoral thesis, summa cum laude) and Oxford, UK (Magister Juris, with distinction).
