Marco Balmelli advises clients in national and international M&A-transactions and Joint Ventures. He is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialised in advising entrepreneurs and companies. He is president and member of the board of directors of several national and international companies. Dr. Marco Balmelli acts as an arbitrator at the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS/TAS) in Lausanne as well as at the Qatar Sports Arbitration Foundation and is a recognized specialist in sports law. His preferred fields of practice are furthermore real estate law and commercial criminal law. Marco Balmelli also practices as Notary Public of the Canton of Basel-City.
