Henric Immink advises financial institutions, commercial companies and entrepreneurs on the legal and tax aspects and the regulatory requirements of their business and assists them in their projects, including their restructuring, merger/acquisition and compliance projects, as well as in their internal investigations and any inquiries conducted against them by the supervisory authorities, tax or administrative authorities. He also advises and assists private clients in the framework of their projects, for example, relocating to and establishing residence in Switzerland, the acquisition of movable or immovable property and estate, tax and inheritance planning.
