Mindy Smolevitz Bio

Mindy Smolevitz concentrates her practice in the areas of estate and tax planning, probate and estate administration, and business succession planning. She is also a certified public accountant. Mindy prepares wills, trust instruments, advance directives, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, shareholder and operating agreements and other documents necessary to implement effective estate and tax planning solutions. She also counsels clients with regard to federal and state estate tax audits and frequently lectures and writes on estate planning and related topics. Immediately prior to joining Jaspan Schlesinger Narendran LLP, Mindy was a partner in a prestigious Nassau county law firm. She began her career as an associate at a major New York City law firm.
