Rodger represents small and large clients involved in the production, transmission, distribution, or sale of electricity or natural gas, particularly with respect to all matters of the operation, acquisition, divestiture, and development of energy infrastructure assets. Clients are typically developers or owners of electric power generation, transmission or distribution assets, or pipelines. Rodger was a pioneer in the representation of developers of alternative energy projects of all kinds.
