Nolan Yaldo Bio

Nolan concentrates his practice in the areas of business transactions, corporate matters, and tax law, including mergers and acquisitions; entity reorganizations; commercial lending; real estate; and federal, state, and local tax matters. He has experience with buy- and sell-side mergers and acquisitions; tax free reorganizations; large corporate and state tax projects; tax planning for businesses and individuals; and a variety of general business matters for public companies, closely held businesses, and large private entities. Additionally, Nolan serves as the outside general counsel for numerous businesses assisting them with day-to-day issues. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Nolan worked for public accounting firm and for several years in a successful family business.
