Nicholas Chapie Bio

Nick concentrates his practice in the areas of corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate law, banking and finance, and various business transactions. He has a broad range of experience spanning a variety of industries handling complex business transactions for small to medium-sized privately held companies, private equity firms, investors, and financial institutions. Nick has handled a significant number of complex real estate transactions on behalf of his clients related to the acquisition and financing of projects, manufacturing and industrial facilities, the development and leasing of projects, national retailer representation, and the divestiture of real estate assets. He began his legal career litigating business disputes, real estate issues, and workout matters for various sized companies, national title companies, and lending institutions. Prior to practicing law, he consulted Fortune 1000 companies throughout the U.S. and Europe focusing on management, strategy, operations, and process improvement.
