Mark Davis Bio

Mark has been with Howard & Howard since 1991 and has substantial experience handling: (i) acquisition, leasing and disposition of industrial and commercial property, (ii) acquisition and disposition of business operations in various industries, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers and service providers, and (iii) registration statements under the Securities Act and reporting requirements under the Exchange Act. Prior to joining Howard & Howard, Mark was associated with E. F. Hutton and then the Michigan Corporation and Securities Bureau, Enforcement Division. Mark served as President and CEO of Howard & Howard from 2004 through 2021. During that period, Mark stewarded the Firm from a regional presence to a national powerhouse with offices in major U.S. markets. Mark successfully led the Firm through multiple acquisitions, positioning Howard & Howard to effectively adapt to the evolving needs of a growing client base. Through this expansion, the Firm has grown significantly in headcount and footprint and experienced a steady rise in both capability and profitability. Mr. Davis currently serves as attorney and counsel to the Firm.
