Working from our Munich law office since 2012, Rupert Klar focuses his services on concept planning for and consulting on open- and closed-end investment funds. In addition to drafting sales, preliminary and stock exchange prospectuses, he offers his services for real estate transactions - both national and international. Mr. Klar furthermore focuses on the arrangement of national and international M&A deals for tax purposes and on corporate structuring. Add to that his consulting services in both national and international tax laws.
