Ralf Busch Bio

Dr. Ralf Busch is a member of the Firm's Munich office. Since 1991 he has worked almost exclusively in employment law. He has a solid knowledge in all areas of individual and collective employment law. He advises on the conclusion and termination of service agreements with executive board members and directors. He attaches great importance to strategic advice and being firm in contract negotiations, which is particularly important in employment law matters. He is a member of the Accredited Specialists in Employment Law Working Group (Arbeitsgemeinschaft der Fachanwälte für Arbeitsrecht). He is the author, or co-author, of numerous publications on employment contracts and service contracts.
