Working from our Munich law office since 2012, Martin Grasser focuses his services on national and international tax laws. Specifically, Mr. Grasser offers comprehensive legal advice to corporations and partnerships on tax and accounting matters. In addition to the representation of interests during tax audits, Martin Grasser shares responsibility in the arrangement of national and international M&A deals for tax purposes and in corporate structuring as well. His services further include tax and financial due diligence as well as tax compliance.
