Ren Jiannan Bio

Mr. Ren is a partner, resident in the Beijing office. Mr. Ren’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, foreign investments and general corporate matters, especially on mergers and acquisitions involving listed companies and/or foreign investors. Mr. Ren joined Haiwen in 2014. Before joining Haiwen, Mr. Ren had been working in Global Law Office for more than three years.
