Mr. Liu is a partner at Haiwen & Partners, resident in the Beijing office. His practice focuses on securities offering, merger and acquisition, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters. Mr. Liu joined Haiwen in 1997 and became a partner in 2002. Mr. Liu was previously working at the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation of the PRC form 1995 to 1997. Mr. Liu also provides advice on general corporate matters to both domestic and multinational corporate clients regularly. Mr. Liu received his LL.B. degree and his LL.M. degree from the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing, China in 1992 and 1995, respectively. Mr. Liu’s native language is Chinese and he is fluent in English.
