Lev Gaft is a partner in the Hi-Tech, Venture Capital and Mergers & Acquisitions practice group at Gross & Co. Lev advises international and domestic clients on mergers and acquisitions, investments and other corporate and commercial transactions. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, Lev practiced at Shearman & Sterling LLP in New York.
