Robert Dorion Bio

Robert Dorion is a partner in Gowling WLG's Montreal office. Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and business law have been his areas of practice for the past 35 years. Robert offers strategic advice pertaining to corporate and commercial law, as well as M&A. Over the years, he has led working groups in business restructuring, acquisitions, mergers and combinations, as well as contract negotiations, public and private financing, and securities funding. His large clientele includes private and public companies working regionally, nationally and internationally in various economic sectors such as manufacturing, capital markets and retail.
