Sean Flynn has been litigator for nearly 20 years. In that time, he has litigated cases involving issues ranging from individual premise liability to complex “bet-the-company” litigation. During the past 10 plus years, Mr. Flynn has successfully represented numerous clients in each of his practice areas; compelled Arbitration in numerous putative Class Actions; defeated multiple Class Certification motions; and handled nearly 1,000 Consumer Protection cases involving FDCPA, TCPA, FCRA, EFTA claims, and the numerous state law equivalents in more than 25 different states.
