Ryan Foltz is a partner in the Seattle office and is a member of the Construction practice group. Mr. Foltz’s practice focuses on representing owners, developers, general contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and product manufacturers in all phases of private and public construction disputes. He has handled cases involving multi-family, single-family, commercial, and public projects, and regularly represents clients in multi-party litigation. Mr. Foltz’s construction practice includes the representation of architects and engineers against professional liability claims. He also advises clients regarding the evaluation and negotiation of contracts, mechanics’ and materialmen’s liens, landlord-tenant disputes, commercial real estate disputes, distressed properties, bid disputes, safety programs, and risk management. Mr. Foltz’s broad litigation experience includes the defense of corporations and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, general liability, and personal injury lawsuits. He also represents and advises restaurants and bars in injury cases and general liability matters. Mr. Foltz’s established insurance background includes coverage litigation, professional liability defense, and bad faith insurance claims.
