Margaret Drugan Bio

Margaret M. Drugan is a Partner in the Los Angeles office. She is a member of the Insurance Group. Her experience includes representing insurance companies against claims for breach of contract, bad faith, fraud and other torts on matters ranging from property losses, intellectual property infringement and large commercial liability claims. Margaret handles cases in all phases of discovery, pre-trial and trial in both state and federal courts. She also counsels clients on issues involving insurance coverage on both property and liability claims.
