Kevin Craig Bio

Kevin J. Craig is a partner in the Seattle office of Gordon & Rees and a member of the firm’s Environmental/Toxic Tort practice group. Mr. Craig’s practice focuses on toxic tort, product liability, and other personal injury litigation, including defending manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and premise owners in asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death actions, and representing contractors and premise owners in serious personal injury cases Mr. Craig’s practice also concentrates on insurance-related litigation, with an emphasis on defending insurance agents, brokers, and agencies in negligence and professional liability actions. In addition, Mr. Craig has substantial experience handling commercial litigation, construction, and consumer protection matters at both the trial and appellate levels.
