Katherine Musbach Bio

Katherine Musbach’s practice is focused on cyber security, commercial litigation, insurance coverage and bank litigation. She regularly represents domestic and international insurers in coverage disputes and recovery actions across the country, with a particular emphasis on fidelity bond, commercial crime policy and cyber claims. She is experienced in claims evaluation and regularly handles all aspects of coverage litigation. Ms. Musbach also evaluates and pursues recovery actions on behalf of insurers and their insureds. Ms. Musbach received her J.D., cum laude, from Duke University School of Law. During law school, she spent a semester studying international law and international commercial arbitration at the University of Hong Kong. Prior to law school, Ms. Musbach taught third grade with Teach For America in Phoenix.
