Justin Michitsch Bio

Justin Michitsch represents both private and public employers. He has significant experience defending single/multi-plaintiff lawsuits as well as complex class actions in state and federal court. His practice also includes handling matters involving employee safety regulations and accidents filed with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (at both the state and federal level), labor issues venued with the National Labor Relations Board, and arbitrations pursuant to collective bargaining agreements. Additionally, he advises clients on discrete employment-related issues and assists businesses with federal and California employment law compliance, including development and implementation of employee policies and procedures.
