Joseph Laferrera Bio

Joseph Laferrera wears many hats for his clients. As one of the litigation partners in the firm, Joe helps clients not only litigate disputes in court, he helps avoid them by counseling clients on business strategies that minimize litigation risk and by addressing problems before they become lawsuits. As the head of the Employment Group, he counsels clients and handles issues from hiring to termination and everything in between. Joe also heads the firm’s Data Security and Privacy practice area, guiding his clients through the statutory and regulatory morass that governs business and personal data. And Joe works with clients on all manner of intellectual property issues, to protect what is often a company’s most important asset.
