Lisa Wallis works in Freeths’ Sheffield corporate team and advises on a range of corporate and commercial law. Her expertise includes share sales, asset sales, MBIs, MBOs, company restructuring, loan and investment arrangements, joint ventures, partnership arrangements and a range of commercial agreements including distribution agreements, supply of goods and services agreements and service level agreements. Lisa deals with a range of clients in various sectors, including manufacturing, engineering and technology, from local SMEs to larger corporate and national clients.
