Michael Fox Bio

Michael Fox is a founding partner in the Firm’s Corporate & Securities Group. He served on the staff of the Congressional Joint Tax Committee from 1965 to 1968. Michael has lectured at various seminars and published a number of articles on corporate and tax matters. Michael received his B.A., high honors, from the University of Illinois. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School. Prior to joining Fox Swibel, Michael was a partner at Jenner & Block, LLP and Adams, Fox, Adelstein, Rosen & Bell.
