Rebecca Kibby is a Partner and Head of Conveyancing Services including Plot Sales, Private Client Residential, B2B Conveyancing and our volume panel New Homes team. Rebecca has over 20 years’ experience in the residential property market with a particular specialism in creating and running large teams to deliver commoditised work streams using cutting edge technology and sophisticated team structures. Conveyancing Services at Foot Anstey handle over 5000 residential transactions annually and consist of over 70 staff operating across a number of our 7 office locations. Nominated for Residential Conveyancing Firm of the Year and awarded an ESTA Award for Best Conveyancer (South West) 2019, our practice is in the top 30 largest advisers on residential transactions in the whole of England and Wales and for the South West region is the standalone leading firm. Rebecca’s specialisms include providing advice in relation to all aspects of residential property for both private clients and organisations within the House Builder, Investment, Charities, Social Housing, Public and Financial Services sectors. She also has experience in HPP and Islamic Finance structures (Buy to Let and Owner Occupied). Outside of conveyancing, Rebecca also runs a number of firmwide projects and provides broader assistance to other legal departments within the firm to deliver efficiencies and improve performance; including reviewing operating models, people, processes and technology solutions/adoption. She has a keen focus on the use of data and MI to manage and measure both client work against expected deliverables (SLAs/KPIs) and for measuring internal operational performance. Rebecca’s team also provide volume real estate services for some of the firm’s high profile and larger clients in the Financial Services and Energy Sectors.
