Peter Korn Bio

Peter Korn is Co-Chair of the Emerging Company & Venture Capital practice group. He has spent nearly 30 years counseling high growth companies and their investors. He provides proactive and thoughtful guidance on venture capital and private equity matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and general corporate matters. Chip has considerable experience representing emerging technology companies across a range of sectors relating to securities transactions, joint ventures and strategic alliances. He regularly advises venture capital funds on their organizational structure, the issuance of their securities and investments in their portfolio companies. Chip also works actively with emerging growth and other technology companies, as well as with entrepreneurs behind them, at all stages of a company's growth process, from incorporation through exit strategies.
