Roger Smith Bio

Roger Smith is a member of the Utah and Idaho State Bars with a practice focusing on domestic and foreign patent preparation and prosecution, primarily in the software and computer engineering fields. His technical and industry expertise includes computer hardware and software architecture, cloud computing, user interface design, mobile application development, and cybersecurity. Prior to entering into legal practice, Mr. Smith worked in the software industry, specializing in web and mobile application development. Before joining FisherBroyles, Mr. Smith also developed considerable legal experience in commercial litigation, appellate practice, and complex drafting.
