Drawing on my work in private practice with buy-side firms and in-house with investment banks, I provide legal advice in relation to derivatives and structured finance transactions, prime brokerage, securities financing transactions and asset custody arrangements to global financial institutions and investment funds. I also provide financial services regulatory advice on matters such as the current international derivatives and margin reform, and securities financing transactions. I acted as a key contact for international financial institutions and clients during the last financial crisis.
