I am a partner in the Corporate team with over 20 years' experience in mergers and acquisitions advising a wide variety of clients from small owner-managed business to international group companies. I am also a member of the Firm's market-leading employee ownership structuring team which crosses the Firm's corporate and tax groups advising clients on their transition to full or partial employee ownership.
