Geoff Lyster Bio

Geoff Lyster is a corporate Partner in Fasken’s Vancouver office. Geoff’s primary areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, franchising, and general corporate and governance matters for for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. In addition to his practice, Geoff is a supporter of many community causes. He is a past Chair of the BC Women’s Hospital and Health Centre Foundation (now BC Women's Health Foundation), and is currently Chair of the Allard Prize Committee, which administers the Allard Prize for International Integrity, a major international prize dedicated to the fight against corruption and protecting human rights.
