Sean Cassidy Bio

Sean Cassidy represents a variety of clients in a range of real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition, financing, and leasing. Sean has experience representing owners and investors in various single and multi-property commercial and multi-family residential real estate transactions. His experience includes a wide variety of real estate assets, including office buildings, gas stations, hotels, shopping centers and multi-family apartment buildings. Prior to joining the firm, Sean represented buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate, as well as commercial and residential real estate owners in financing and leasing transactions, at a boutique real estate law firm in New York. Education: Brooklyn Law School – Juris Doctor, Villanova University – Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
